Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Iron Mind collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use the website and member service.

Who we are
Iron Mind operates this membership service. For privacy questions or requests, contact us via the support page.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as your email address, profile name and username; membership and content activity such as saved posts and preferences; private messages, message attachments and support requests; and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. When payments launch, the payment provider will process payment-card details and we will receive transaction and membership status, not your full card number.
How and why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide member content, deliver private messaging, respond to support, remember preferences, administer memberships, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We process information as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect legitimate security and operational interests, and-with your choice-send optional communications.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers that support authentication, database hosting, file storage, email, site hosting and future payment processing, including Supabase and, once enabled, Stripe. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their contractual and legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
We keep account and membership records while your account is active and afterward only as needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes. Messages and uploads remain until deleted, the account is deleted, or they are no longer needed. We use access controls, private storage and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your information, and may withdraw consent for optional uses. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity first.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date here. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
