These terms govern access to Iron Mind, including its member content, private messaging and future paid memberships.

Agreement and eligibility
By using Iron Mind, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and membership
Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and must notify us of suspected unauthorized access. When paid memberships launch, the price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation method shown at checkout will form part of these terms. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.
Content licence and acceptable use
Iron Mind content is owned by or licensed to us. We grant active members a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view it through the service. You may not copy, record, download unless expressly enabled, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, harass others, upload unlawful material or use the service to violate any person’s rights.
Messages and uploads
You retain rights in material you send. You give us the limited permission needed to store, transmit and display it within the private conversation and to review it when necessary for support, safety or legal compliance. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Fitness and health disclaimer
Content is for general educational and entertainment purposes, not medical advice, diagnosis or individualized treatment. Exercise involves risk. Consider your condition, use appropriate technique and equipment, stop if you feel pain or illness, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a fitness program.
Availability, suspension and termination
We may maintain, change or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, abuse, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time; ending use does not automatically resolve outstanding payment obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply.
